Building the KNAUS VAN I is not light work – but the VAN itself feels that way. Efficient light construction and the highest material quality make it possible. It impresses with its automotive design and a unique lowerable bed construction for maximum headspace. It therefore combines a enormous roomy feeling with especially easy access. Just one thing we cannot offer: Compromises.

VAN I Interior
A real interior pleasure: Exquisite furnishings and excellent design
Compact on the outside, wonderful on the inside. The interior cannot be used any more intelligently than it is being used in the KNAUS VAN I. And, of course, it can’t be more beautiful. Lots of chrome, real metal and intricately manufactured leather structure film create a wonderful living ambience. The large panorama windscreen, which lets in lots of light, is responsible for the sunny and pleasant atmosphere.

VAN I Exterior
The lightest fully integrated motorhome in its class
Low fuel consumption and higher maximum load, those were our goals. That’s why we’ve saved over 120 kg in the construction of the VAN I. We didn’t achieve this by leaving anything out, but rather through our intelligent vehicle construction. This enables us to retain all features – and most of them were even improved on, just like the premium exterior of our fully‐integrated compact motorhome.
